Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). Please note that customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Modish Look Shop purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Hats
- Jewelry (including Bracelets and other intimate accessories)
- Kids’ Sets
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Complete the Return Form: Include the following details in your email:
- Item(s) to return (product name, size, color, quantity)
- Reason for return (wrong size, changed mind, defective item, etc.)
- For exchanges: specify desired size/color
- Preferred resolution (refund, store credit, or exchange)
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you return instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

USA Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchanged item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
- Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement
