Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Hats, Jewelry (Bracelets and other intimate accessories), and Kids’ Sets unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Process

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
